This class is going to be gluten- and grain-free, and almost no dairy (She'll have substitutes for dairy) therefore it's SCD and GAPS legal, low-carb and paleo-friendly.

I love this woman's blog- she has ten kids, from 3 countries (including two little girls from Ethiopia and 2 boys from Korea.) She homeschools them all (one of her older boys just qualified as a National Merit Finalist!!), has cows and chickens, an AMAZING garden, and her husband and boys are always building cool things out of sticks and scrap wood (recently they made a chicken tractor...swoon.)

I loved reading her book "The Sane Woman's Guide to Raising a Large Family." Yes it's a long title. No, it's not a SUPER long book. YES, I got lots of great ideas and encouragement. She has a great attitude with her kids and with her life.
